Our Directors

Meet Harbinder Ghulldu MD: Your Partner in Recovery and Healing

Medical Director
Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Addiction Medicine

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Harbinder S. Ghulldu is a highly regarded internist practicing in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Ghulldu completed his medical degree at Calcutta National Medical College and his residency in Internal Medicine at Central Michigan University.

He is known for his compassionate and thorough approach to patient care, with expertise in managing chronic conditions such as sleep apnea, hypertension, pneumonia, insomnia, and acid reflux. He is board-certified in Sleep Medicine and Addiction Medicine, which complements his comprehensive care for adult patients.

Patients appreciate Dr. Ghulldu's ability to clearly explain complex conditions, answer questions with patience, and provide diligent follow-up care.

Tony Shaw
PhD, NCP, CAPP

Program Director
Expert in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health Counseling

Dr. Shaw has been a dedicated mental health and substance abuse professional since earning his degree in Mental Health Counseling & Human Development in 1994. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (1998) and extensive specialized training, including NCP and CAPP certifications, Dr. Shaw brings unmatched expertise to his work.

His career spans roles with the Department of Juvenile Justice, Orange County Youth & Family Services, and Juvenile Drug Court.

While he works with all age groups, Dr. Shaw has a special passion for helping adolescents navigate life's challenges.

Wendy Packer
LPN, CPM

Director of Operations
Experienced Operations Leader in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Care

Wendy Packer, LPN, CPM, brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare and operations management. A graduate of Montcalm Community College in 1997, she has since earned her Certified Practice Management certification, showcasing her commitment to excellence in healthcare administration. As Director of Operations at Central Florida Recovery Centers since its inception in 2002, Ms. Packer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. In addition to her administrative leadership, she supports Dr. Ghulldu as the intake nurse for outpatient detox patients. With a passion for mental health and substance abuse care, Ms. Packer thrives on contributing to the growth and success of the field.
